We are a chosen repair centre for many insurance companies, who value our high standards, quality repair work and friendly, helpful service.

If we are not one of your insurance company’s Approved Repair Centres, you can still have your vehicle repaired with us – you have a legal right to choose. Some insurance companies will try to get repairs done as cheaply as possible, and may not require the same quality of work that you would choose and that we always provide.

Often, repairs can be completed for less than your insurance excess, meaning it may be more cost effective to pay for them privately. This also means you’ll keep your no-claims discount.

We are proud to be one of very few bodyshops in the UK to carry the BSI kitemark, meaning that our customers can be sure that all our work is carried out to the highest standards, using approved repair methods and high-quality products. We encourage customers to contact us if they have any problems or queries after their vehicle leaves our bodyshop.

Our Promise

Book your vehicle repair with us, and you can expect:

  • A comprehensive estimate of cost, detailing all the work needed to repair your vehicle correctly and safely
  • We can liaise with your insurance company to get the work authorised, saving you time and hassle
  • We can chase third parties and their insurers, if the accident was not your fault. If they admit liability, you won’t have to pay your policy excess
  • Any additional damage not related to your insurance claim can be repaired at the same time on a private repair basis, thus saving you money
  • We will arrange alternative transport wherever possible, even if your insurance company does not offer a courtesy car.
